SHAMANIC HEALING
An ancient healing system in which the practitioner/shaman travels to non-ordinary reality to obtain information, guidance and/or physical, emotional, or spiritual healing for an individual.
SHIATSU
The most widely known form of acupressure, shiatsu has been used in Japan for many years to treat pain and illness and to maintain health. Using a series of techniques, practitioners apply rhythmic finger pressure at specific points on the body to stimulate chi (or ki), or vital energy.
T'AI CHI
T'ai Chi Chuan (the complete name for T'ai Chi) is one kind of Chinese Qigong system practiced originally as a martial art. It is now perhaps the most widely practiced daily movement program in the world because of its wide range of applications from self-healing to self-defense.
